At Coario, we are committed to making every step of your shopping experience simple and clear. Our shipping terms are there to ensure that you have a clear experience and meet your expectations every time you shop.

1. How We Ship

Coairo offers free standard shipping on all US orders. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Currently, we only ship to the US and do not ship to international locations. Please contact us by email for shipping outside of your country.

We typically process products within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation message. You will also receive another notification once your order has been shipped. All purchases will be shipped free of charge within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

If a large number of orders are placed at the same time, we will notify you immediately of any changes that may occur in shipping and delivery. We will contact you by email or phone to ensure that you are aware of such issues.

*Please make sure to fill in all the necessary information on the order page, otherwise the shipment will not be processed

*Unprecedented delays may occur occasionally

2. Change of Shipping Address

For the request to change the shipping address, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped. The shipping address cannot be changed after the package is shipped.

3. Tracking Notification

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will contain the relevant tracking number that can be used to check its status. It takes 48 hours for the tracking information to be acquired.

If you have not received your order within 5-14 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  [email protected] with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.

4. Damages:

If the order is damaged or lost in transit, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

*If you find the product damaged after opening the package, please contact us immediately.

*Provide photos/videos for proper reporting, and keep the package and all its contents intact, as we will provide you with an instant solution for replacement/refund.

Delivery is available in all regions of the United States except Hawaii and Alaska.
