Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us by email or phone before your order is shipped. Submitting a cancellation request before your order is shipped does not guarantee a successful cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation if your order is successfully canceled.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. If you received a missing, damaged, or undelivered product, please contact us immediately.

Returns

Coairo wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To process a return, we require the original order number or proof of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service Department to verify the shipping address for returns.

Please note:

1.Customized items or products with personalized labels are not covered by the 30-day refund policy.
2.If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. This must be arranged through your chosen shipping company.
3.Products returned due to damage or incorrect delivery are eligible for free return shipping.
4.There is no restocking fee for consumers returning products.

Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a refund upon returning the product in its original, unused, and complete packaging if you are dissatisfied or if there is a quality issue.

Before returning, please contact our customer service for return details. Once the returned package is delivered and inspected by our warehouse, the refund will be approved, and we will process it within 14 business days. A refund notification will be sent to your email.

If you do not receive a refund within 14 business days, please contact us.
