I ordered multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?
If you order multiple items, we will do our best to ship available items together. However, depending on availability, your order may be shipped from different locations. If we need to split your order into multiple packages, you won’t be charged any additional shipping or transportation fees. You will receive tracking information for each part of the shipment via the email address provided when you placed the order. A shipping notification email will be sent after each item is shipped.
How can I prevent plant mold?
Plant mold can be effectively prevented by controlling humidity, improving ventilation, watering properly, and keeping the environment clean. If it’s difficult to improve environmental conditions, you can use controllable factors like dehumidifiers, creating a better environment for plant growth.
What humidity should be maintained in the grow room/shed?
Generally, 50%-70% is the appropriate humidity range for most crops, and ensure good ventilation to avoid mold growth. The best way to control humidity is to ensure that fresh air is constantly entering the environment, so a good ventilation system may be what you need.
Where is my order/tracking number?
Once your order is successfully processed, we’ll send you an email confirming the product you purchased. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with shipping details, including your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
How long does it take to receive my shipment?
We typically process orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. All purchases will be shipped free of charge and should arrive within 5-14 business days.
